摘要
药物设计学是针对药学本科生开设的一门重要的专业必修课程。通过药物设计学课程教学的经验积累,结合该课程知识点繁杂、药物设计理念较多等特点,在具体的教学过程中应用案例教学、结合软件进行上机教学以及科研与教学相结合,力求取得较好的教学效果。使学生学完该课程后能够掌握药物设计的基本方法与原理,为学生毕业后从事相关的药物研发工作打下坚实的基础。
Drug Designology is an important compulsory course for Pharmacy undergraduates.Through the accumulation of experiences in teaching Drug Designology,combined with the characteristics of this course,such as complicated knowledge points and many concepts of drug design,the case teaching,computer aided drug design and the combination of academic research and teaching were applied in the specific teaching process,striving to achieve better teaching results.This course will enable students to master the basic methods and principles of drug design and lay a solid foundation for students to engage in relevant drug research and development after graduation.
