摘要
目的报告1例以自身免疫性溶血性贫血(autoimmune hemolytic anemia,AIHI)为首发的系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus SLE),的病例。方法对1例以AIHI为首发的SLE患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合相关文献进行复习。结果患者予甲泼尼龙联合免疫球蛋白冲击及免疫抑制剂治疗,贫血明显改善,好转出院。结论当育龄期女性以长期血液系统损害而就诊时应警惕自身免疫性疾病,避免延误诊断和治疗。
Objective To report a case of systemic lupus erythematosus with autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHI)as the first episode.Methods The clinical data of a SLE patient with AIHI as the first episode was retrospectively analyzed and reviewed in conjunction with relevant literature.Results The patient was treated with methylprednisolone combined with immunoglobulin shock and immunosuppressive agents.The anemia was significantly improved and she was discharged from the hospital.Conclusion When women of childbearing age seek treatment with long-term blood system damage,they should be alert to autoimmune diseases to avoid delay in diagnosis and treatment.
