摘要
新能源汽车车载高压电缆承担着所有能量的传输功能,在车内狭小空间的工作环境中,拉伸和弯曲是造成电缆机械损伤的主要原因。采用SolidWorks建立新能源汽车车载高压电缆的三维模型,利用Abaqus进行仿真分析,通过观察拉伸和弯曲作用对电缆产生的效果,分析了电缆可能发生机械损伤的部位以及机械损伤带来的后果,为新能源汽车车载高压电缆的拉伸和弯曲特性以及使用过程中可能产生的机械损伤研究提供方法和思路。
The high voltage cable used in new energy vehicles undertakes all the energy transmission functions,it works in a cramped space inside a car.Stretching and bending are the main causes of mechanical damage of cables.SolidWorks was used to build a 3D model of high voltage cables for new energy vehicles.Abaqus was used for simulation analysis.Through observing the effect of stretching and bending on the cable,the possible locations of mechanical damage and the consequences of mechanical damage were analyzed,which provided a certain degree of reference for the research on stretching and bending characteristics of high voltage cable for new energy vehicles as well as the mechanical damage that might occur during the period of use.
