摘要
In line with the requirements of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,we need analyze the characteristics of China’s river valley economy,fully consider the development constraints posed by water resources.In addition,advancing the“three water treatments,”which covers water pollution control,water ecological restoration,and water resources protection,is of great theoretical and practical significance in helping to realize the concept of a mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grass community of shared life.It also requires effectively coordinating the upper and lower reaches,both riverbanks,the trunk streams and tributaries,and on-shore industrial cities within the area,to foster integration and interaction between major national strategies and create a new pattern for promoting ecological progress.
