摘要
文章利用我国2008-2018年31省份面板数据,采用线性面板回归模型与门槛效应模型,对出口、政府投资与商贸流通业的经济关系进行了实证检验。结果显示:政府投资对商贸流通业发展具有显著的线性促进作用,而出口水平的商贸刺激作用并不显著。在出口受限条件下,政府投资的积极作用仍然存在,并随着出口水平的提升,其积极作用逐渐增强。另外,产业水平、经济水平与居民收入水平的提升也有利于商贸流通业的发展。因此,要持续加强政府投资水平,积极增强国际交流与合作,营造良好的国内外贸易环境,以促进出口、投资与商贸流通经济的协同发展。
Using the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2008 to 2018,this paper makes an empirical test on the economic relationship between export,government investment and trade circulation industry with linear panel regression model and threshold effect model.The results show that government investment has a significant linear promoting effect on the development of trade circulation industry,while the trade stimulating effect of export level is not significant.Under export constraints,the positive role of government investment still exists,and its positive role gradually increases with the improvement of export level.In addition,the improvement of industrial level,economic level and residents’income level is also conducive to the development of commercial circulation industry.Therefore,we should continue to strengthen the level of government investment,actively enhance international exchanges and cooperation,and create a good domestic and foreign trade environment,so as to promote the coordinated development of export,investment and commercial circulation economy.
