摘要
目的:观察深静脉穿刺置管术在对危重病患者进行急诊救治中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年12月期间在德庆县人民医院接受抢救的150例危重病患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为参照组和研究组。对参照组患者进行常规外周静脉穿刺。对研究组患者进行深静脉穿刺置管术。然后,比较两组患者接受静脉穿刺的一次性成功率、接受抢救的成功率及并发症的发生率。结果:研究组患者接受静脉穿刺的一次性成功率及抢救的成功率均高于参照组患者,P<0.05。进行急诊救治的过程中,两组患者并发症的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:对危重病患者进行深静脉穿刺置管术的效果显著,可提高对其进行静脉穿刺及抢救的成功率,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective:To observe the effect of deep venipuncture catheterization in emergency treatment of critically ill patients.Methods:150 critically ill patients who received rescue in Deqing County People’s Hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.Routine peripheral venipunctures were performed in the control group.Deep venipuncture catheterization was performed in the study group.Then,the one-time success rate of venipuncture,the success rate of rescue and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of one-time venipentesis and rescue in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the process of emergency treatment,the incidence of complications in the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:The effect of deep venipuncture catheterization in critically ill patients is remarkable,and it can improve the venous operation Puncture and rescue success rate,and has a high safety.
