摘要
信息产业作为重要的新兴产业,对于人才的需求非常急迫,这就对信息企业人力资源管理提出了更高要求。人力资源管理要符合产业特点,并能够基于人力资源价值来推动产业进步,提高企业核心竞争能力。文章就信息产业人力资源管理现状及对策进行研究。
As an important emerging industry,information industry is in urgent demand for talents,which puts higher requirements for human resource management of information enterprises.Human resource management should conform to the characteristics of the industry,and can promote industrial progress based on the value of human resources,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.The article studies the current situation and countermeasures of human resources management in the information industry.
