摘要
进入2020年10月,新冠肺炎依旧在世界范围内肆虐。半年来,西方国家在抗疫过程中暴露的各种经济和社会危机引起了国内外许多学者的思考,许多有识之士纷纷撰文批判新自由资本主义的丑陋嘴脸。笔者认为,新自由主义早已深陷危机并出现转型萌芽,疫情是加速新旧体制转轨的催化剂。本文以疫情作为大背景,分析了新自由主义的现状、转型的内在动因和可能阻碍转型的因素。笔者认为,新自由主义的转型是大势所趋,世界正经历百年未有之变局。
Entering October 2020, COVID-19 continues to rage worldwide. Over the past six months, various economic and social crises exposed by Western countries in the process of fighting the epidemic have caused many left-wing scholars at home and abroad, and many talented people of insight have written articles criticizing the ugly face of neoliberal capitalism.In my opinion, neoliberalism has long been in crisis and in the bud of transformation, and the epidemic is the catalyst to accelerate the transition of the old and new systems. With the epidemic as the background, the current situation of neoliberals, the internal drivers of transformation and the factors that may hinder transformation.In my opinion, the transformation of neoliberalism is the trend of The Times, and the world is undergoing changes unseen in a century.
