摘要
分析了国内外现有石油制芳烃生产技术(包括催化重整、裂解汽油加氢、轻烃芳构化、甲苯/苯歧化与烷基转移、二甲苯异构化等)以及煤制芳烃技术,综述了最新的合成气、二氧化碳、甲烷芳构化生产芳烃技术进展,介绍了目前国内芳烃生产装置建设状况。指出芳烃产业今后的发展应注重拓宽原料来源,提升生产效能及加强数字技术攻关。
The existing aromatics production technologies of the world,including catalytic reforming,pyrolysis gasoline to aromatics,light hydrocarbon aromatization,disproportionation and alkylation transfer,xylene isomerization and coal to aromatics technology were analyzed with 26 references.The latest technology progress of aromatics production from syngas,carbon dioxide to aromatics,methane aromatization to produce aromatics and the construction status of aromatics production plants in China were reviewed.Some suggestions were put forward for the future development of aromatics industry in China.It pointed out that the future development of aromatics industry should pay attention to broadening the source of raw materials,improving production efficiency and strengthening the digital technology resolution.
