摘要
目的探究滋肾化瘀安胎方联合达肝素钠及阿司匹林治疗复发性流产合并绒毛膜下血肿患者的临床疗效。方法选择复发性流产合并绒毛膜下血肿患者共60例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用达肝素钠及阿司匹林治疗,观察组使用滋肾化瘀安胎方联合达肝素钠及阿司匹林治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的症状改善、暗区缩小面积、实验室检查指标(血清β-HCG、E_(2)、P)。结果治疗后2组患者暗区面积均明显缩小,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后血清β-HCG、E_(2)、P水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋肾化瘀安胎方联合达肝素钠及阿司匹林可更有效地治疗绒毛膜下血肿,减少孕期不良事件及流产的发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zishen Huayu Antai decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin and aspirin in the treatment of recurrent abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with recurrent abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin and aspirin,and the observation group was treated with Zishen Huayu Antai decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin and aspirin.Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared for symptom improvement,dark area reduction,laboratory test indicators(serumβ-HCG,E_(2),P).Results After treatment,the dark area of the two groups of patients decreased significantly,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels ofβ-hcg,E_(2)and P were all higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Huayu Antai decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin and aspirin can effectively treat subchorionic hematoma and reduce the incidence of adverse events and abortion during pregnancy.
