摘要
从原煤分级筛、0~13 mm末煤系统及脱泥筛方面,分析了影响纳林河选煤厂原煤分级的关键问题及制约因素,从13~200 mm粒级、1.5~13 mm粒级及脱泥筛脱泥三方面提高效率后,极大提高了纳林河选煤厂系统生产量和生产效率,有效降低了生产成本。
from the aspects of raw coal classification screen,0~13 mm fine coal system and desliming screen,the key problems and constraints affecting raw coal classification in Nalinhe Coal Preparation Plant were analyzed.After the technical transformation of the screening system,the operation results showed that after the efficiency was improved from the three aspects of 13~200 mm particle size,1.5~13 mm particle size and desliming screen,It greatly improves the production capacity and efficiency of the system,and effectively reduces the production cost.
