杂化交联复合凝胶堵漏剂的制备及其性能评价 被引量:15

摘要 针对常规化学凝胶堵漏剂抗高温和力学性能差的问题,以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)为硅源,以锂皂石(Laponite)为增韧剂和无机交联剂,以自制反应性微凝胶BWL为有机交联剂,与丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)等聚合,合成一种杂化交联复合凝胶材料,据此制备凝胶颗粒堵漏剂,考察其凝胶黏弹性能、SiO 2强化凝胶抗温能力、Laponite强化凝胶力学性能等。结果表明:与常规凝胶相比,杂化交联复合凝胶具备三重交联网络结构,在140℃条件下老化后仍可保持较高的储能模量和损耗模量、良好的抗拉伸和抗压缩能力;当使用质量分数均为2%、粒径分别为0.25~0.38 mm、0.38~0.83 mm和0.83~1.70 mm的杂化交联复合凝胶堵漏剂组合时,可以满足高渗透性和裂缝性漏失地层的承压堵漏需求。 In terms of the poor high temperature resistance and mechanical properties of conventional chemical gel plugging agent,a hybrid cross-linked composite gel material was synthesized.In the gelpreparation theγ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(MPTMS)was the silicon source,the Laponite was the toughening agent and inorganic crosslinking agent,a self-synthesized reactive micro-gel BWL was used as the organic crosslinking agent,acrylamide(AM)and methacrylic acid(MAA)were selected as the monomers.Several physical properties of the gel were investigated,such as the viscoelasticity,the reinforced temperature resistance of SiO 2,and the reinforced mechanical properties of Laponite.The results show that,the hybrid cross-linked composite gel has a triple cross-linked network structure compared with conventional gels,which can maintain a high storage modulus and loss modulus,good tensile and compression resistance after aging at 140℃.When the 2%gel particles with the size of 0.25-0.38 mm,0.38-0.83 mm and 0.83-1.70 mm,it meets the pressure-bearing plugging needs for high permeable and fractured formations with drilling fluid lost circulation.
