摘要
目的:探讨紫正地黄汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童腺样体肥大疗效及对血清变态反应指标、氧化应激的影响。方法:选取腺样体肥大患儿100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予紫正地黄汤加减。比较两组临床疗效、血清变态反应指标、氧化应激指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率96.00%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白、嗜酸性粒细胞直接计数及卵清蛋白特异性IgE水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清促肾上腺皮质激素、超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率2.00%,与对照组的6.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:紫正地黄汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童腺样体肥大疗效较好,能明显改善患者变态反应及氧化应激状态,安全性较好。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Zizheng Dihuang decoction combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy and its effect on serum allergic reaction and oxidative stress.Methods:According to random number table method,100 children with adenoid hypertrophy were selected and divided into control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the treatment group was treated with Zizheng Dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum allergic reaction,oxidative stress and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group 96.00%was significantly higher than that of the control group 74.00%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the levels of serum ECP,EOS and sIgE in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels serum hs-CRP,PCT and ACTH in the treatment group were significantly decreased,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.00%,compared with 6.00%in the control group,difference not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conculsion:Zizheng Dihuang decoction combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with adenoidal hypertrophy has better effect and security,and can improve the allergic reaction and oxidative stress state.
