摘要
目的:探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合丁苯酞治疗急性心源性脑卒中的临床效果及对神经功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年12月九江市第一人民医院收治的104例急性心源性脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各52例。对照组予以丁苯酞治疗,观察组加用银杏二萜内酯葡胺治疗,持续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能、血液流变学指标及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.23%,高于对照组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血高切黏度(HBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)及红细胞压积(HCT)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合丁苯酞可提高急性心源性脑卒中治疗效果,改善机体HBV、PV、LBV、HCT,降低NIHSS评分,安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cardiogenic stroke and its influence on nerve function.Methods:A total of 104 patients with acute cardiogenic stroke admitted to The First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,hemorheological indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.23%,which was higher than 80.77%in the control group,which was statistically different(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group had lower whole blood high shear viscosity(HBV),plasma viscosity(PV),whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV)and hematocrit(HCT)than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine combined with butylphthalide can improve the treatment effect of acute cardiogenic stroke,improve the body's HBV,PV,LBV,HCT,and reduce the NIHSS score,which is safe and reliable.
