摘要
针对综采工作面采煤机、液压支架控制系统存在的运行效率低、故障发生率高的问题,在分析采煤机-液压支架协同控制模型和协同控制原理的基础上,给出协同控制实现方案,即利用霍尔传感原理,实时定位采煤机-液压支架相对位置,指导位于采煤机前方以及后方的液压支架按照指定频率执行指定人动作,保证液压支架支护及时,同时不妨碍采煤机截割煤壁,提升综采工作面采煤效率。
According to the problems of low operation efficiency and high failure rate of coal shearer and hydraulic support control system, based on the analysis of the collaborative control model and collaborative control principle, the collaborative control scheme is given to locate the relative position of the miner-hydraulic support in the real time according follow the specified frequency to ensure the hydraulic support,not block the coal wall and improve the mining efficiency of the working surface.
