摘要
针对某选煤厂煤泥HM工艺系统运行现状,通过分析其分选效果差的原因、生产指标,以及重介质旋流器入料粒度与操作参数,提出煤泥重介质分选工艺的优化方案。通过实践应用效果来看,优化煤泥重介质分选工艺后,有效降低了粗净煤的灰分,提高了分离精度,满足了煤泥的要求。
According to the operation status of the coal mud HM process system in a coal preparation plant,by analyzing the reasons of poor separation effect,production index,feed granularity and operating parameters,the optimization scheme of heavy medium cyclone is proposed.Through the practical application effect,optimizing the separation process of coal sludge effectively reduces the ash content of coarse clean coal,improves the separation accuracy and meets the requirements of coal sludge.
