摘要
橱柜的质量取决于设计、材料及加工。台面作为橱柜的重要部件,其结构性能的提高,直接影响橱柜的使用寿命和装饰效果。人造石是一种装饰板材,具有耐磨性、耐潮、耐腐和抗渗透等特性,是目前市场上最常见的台面材料之一。针对橱柜人造石台面出现的结构性能问题,通过采用列举分析法,对橱柜人造石台面在材料、设计、生产运输、安装使用四个方面出现的问题进行分析研究,分析了人造石台面产生问题的原因,根据分析结果,提出了增强橱柜人造石台面结构性能的方法和建议。
The quality of ambry was decided by design,material and processing,the important component mesa of ambry,which its structural performance can rise,affects the ambry service life directly and adornment effect.Artificial stone is a kind of decorative plate,wich is of wear resistance,moisture resistance,corrosion resistance and resistance to penetration and other characteristics,the stone is also one of the most common table material on the market.In this paper,based on the structural performance problem of ambry of man-made stone mesa by using analysis method,studying the material,the design,the production to transport and installation of the ambry,according to the analysis result,proposed the method and the suggestion of the ambry man-made stone table structure performance.
