摘要
气滞胃痛颗粒组方来源于古代经典名方四逆散,并在此基础上增加香附、延胡索。其功能主治为舒肝理气,和胃止痛,用于肝郁气滞,胸痞胀满,胃脘疼痛。气滞胃痛颗粒作为治疗胃痛的中成药得到长期广泛的临床应用,对于临床治疗不同类型的胃脘疼痛具有普遍确切的疗效。根据目前气滞胃痛颗粒药理作用及临床应用方面的研究报道,对气滞胃痛颗粒的药理作用、临床应用等研究进展进行综述,为气滞胃痛颗粒品种未来的药理临床基础研究和增加临床使用适应证研究提供参考依据。
The prescription of Qizhi Weitong Granules is derived from the ancient classical prescription Sini Powder,plus rhizoma cyperi and corydalis tuber.Its function is soothing liver and regulating Qi,harmonizing stomach and relieving pain.It can be used for the treatment of liver-depression and Qi stagnation,chest fullness and pain in stomach and epigastrium.As a Chinese patent drug for the treatment of stomach pain,Qizhi Weitong Granules has been widely used in clinical practice for a long time,and has universally definite efficacy in the clinical treatment of different types of stomach pain.Based on the current study reports on the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Qizhi Weitong Granules,the study advances of the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Qizhi Weitong Granules are reviewed to provide a reference bas is for the bas ic study on clinical pharmacology and the increase of clinical indications of Qizhi Weitong Granule varieties in the future.
