摘要
目的探讨中药治疗在儿童抽动障碍患者中的疗效。方法查阅中文、英文数据库,并在计算机中对中文数据库(中国知网、万方、维普)及英文数据库(PubMed、EMbase等)进行检索,对综述、会议论文等完成手动检索。检索词包括“中药治疗”“儿童抽动障碍”“安全性”等,检索时间为1990年1月至2020年1月。对于符合上述要求的论文纳入、整理;阅读符合要求文章的摘要部分,再次核对纳入文献的数量、质量,并进行验证;对于单一阅读摘要难以确诊者可下载全文阅读,并完成meta分析。结果初步获得文献849篇,运用Note Express软件完成重复文献的剔除,最终纳入5篇文献;5篇文献涉及治疗后临床疗效,结果表明:χ^(2)=5.63,df=6,Z=7.06,I^(2)=0%,P<0.00001;4篇文献涉及安全性,结果表明:χ^(2)=35.32,df=19(P=0.01),I^(2)=46%。Z=8.55,P<0.00001。结论汇总目前关于中药治疗儿童抽动障碍结果表明:中药治疗儿童抽动障碍中能获得良好的效果,安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on children with tic disorder.Methods Chinese and English databases were consulted,and Chinese databases in computer,such as the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,Vip,and English databases,such as PubMed,Embase were retrieved.Meanwhile,reviews,conference papers,etc.were completed by manual retrieval."Chinese medicine treatment""children tic disorder""safety",etc.were included in the key words.And the retrieval time was from January 1990 to January 2020.The papers that met the above requirements were included and sorted out.The abstract parts of the papers that met the requirements were read,the quantity and quality of the included literature were checked again,and verification was conducted.For those who were difficult to diagnose by reading a single abstract,the full text could be downloaded,and the meta-analysis could be completed.Results A total of 849 literatures were initially obtained,and the duplicate literature was eliminated by Note Express software,and finally 5 literatures were included.There were 5 literatures related to the clinical efficacy after treatment.The results showed thatχ^(2)=5.63,df=6,Z=7.06,I^(2)=0%,P<0.00001.There were 4 literatures related to the safety.And the results showed thatχ^(2)=35.32,df=19(P=0.01),I^(2)=46%.Z=8.55,P<0.00001.Conclusion Summary of the current results of TCM in the treatment of children with tic disorder shows that TCM in the treatment of children with tic disorder can obtain good results,it has relatively high safety,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
