摘要
目的基于我国研究生教育发展不平衡现状,调查分析西部地区某中医药院校研究生对考博的认知及意愿,不考博及升博率低的原因,为西部地区高等院校博士研究生教育的开展和提高提供支撑。方法采用自行设计的《在校硕士研究生考博意愿调查问卷》,对483名全日制硕士研究生进行问卷反馈形式调查。结果问卷结果显示,约99%的硕士生认为博士学历在社会中对个人发展具有重要性。统计考博意愿的比例为考博58.59%,不考博41.41%。报考学硕和专硕专业比例相差不大。仅22.98%报考博士院校为西部高校,77.02%选择非西部地区院校。考博中有79.15%报考中医药院校。45.96%认为经济负担及家庭负担是升博率低的主要原因。结论报考西部地区博士院校意愿低,加强西部高校学位点建设,鼓励所在区域硕士研究生考博,从“高校-学生培养-利用区域优势”途径支持培养西部高等医学院校高层次人才,进一步为我国西部地区博士研究生教育的开展和提高提供参考。
Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition and willingness of postgraduates to take the doctoral entrance examination,the reasons for not taking part in the examination and the low promotion rate in a western university of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on the unbalanced development of postgraduate education in China,so as to provide support for the development and improvement of doctoral education in universities of western China.Methods A total of 483 full-time postgraduates were investigated in the form of questionnaire feedback by using the self-designed Questionnaire of Postgraduates'Willingness to take the Doctoral Entrance Examinations.Results According to the questionnaire results,about 99%of the postgraduates agreed that doctoral degree was important for personal development in society.According to statistics,the proportion of willingness to take the examination was 58.59%,while that of not taking the examination was 41.41%.Among the applicants,there was little difference between the professional proportion of academic master and professional master.Only 22.98%of the doctoral universities they applied for were western universities,and 77.02%were non-western universities.79.15%of the candidates applied for TCM universities.And 45.96%of them thought that economic burden and family burden were the main reasons for the low promotion rate.Conclusion There is a low willingness to apply for doctoral universities in western China.Therefore,the construction of degree awarding programs in western universities should be strengthened,postgraduates should be encouraged to take part in doctoral research in the region and the training of high-level talents in western medical universities from the way of"universities-student cultivating-regional advantages utilizing",so as to provide further reference for the development and improvement of doctoral education in the region of western China.
