摘要
利用多源数据将建筑物空间分布格网化,得到格网的单元数据,为区域地震灾害损失预评估和地震灾后快速评估提供较为详尽的建筑物格网数据支撑。以宁夏回族自治区平罗县为例,在数字城市建筑物数据、地理国情监测建筑物数据等基础上,结合高分辨率遥感影像进行目视解译,判读和更新建筑物图斑,再通过外业调绘、无人机航拍等手段对建筑物进行验证调查,得到完整的单体建筑物数据。最后再通过GIS软件的空间运算赋值,得到500m×500m的建筑物格网数据。结果表明:运用该方法得到的平罗县空间化建筑物格网数据,能够更真实地表达建筑物空间分布特点,对破坏性地震的灾害损失快速评估以及应急救援决策部署有很好的指导意义。
In this paper,multi-source data is used to grid the spatial distribution of buildings,and the unit data of the grid is obtained,which provides more detailed data support for the regional earthquake disaster loss pre assessment and rapid post earthquake assessment.Taking Pingluo County of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example,on the basis of digital city building data and geographical conditions monitoring building data,combined with high-resolution remote sensing image for visual interpretation,interpretation and updating of building patches,and then through field mapping,UAV aerial photography and other means to verify the building investigation,the complete single building data is obtained.Finally,the 500m×500m building grid data is obtained through the spatial calculation and assignment of GIS software.The results show that:the spatial building grid data of Pingluo County obtained by this method can more truly express the spatial distribution characteristics of buildings,which has a good guiding significance for the rapid assessment of disaster losses and emergency rescue decision-making deployment of destructive earthquakes.
