摘要
文章综述肝脏疾病的流行病学现状、去唾液酸糖蛋白受体(asialoglycoprotein receptor,ASGPR)在肝脏疾病诊治中的应用及研究进展。目前基于ASGPR制备的新型制剂亟待进一步深入研究,以发挥其更大的临床价值。
This paper reviewed the current epidemiological situation of liver diseases,the application of asialoglycoprotein receptor(ASGPR)in the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases and the research progress.The new formulation based on ASGPR needs to be further investigated in order to applicant more clinical value.
