摘要
中小学生机动车接送比例高,交通需求在时间和空间上过于集中,带来的接送难问题日益突出。本文在全面分析接送期间交通特征的基础上,为客观评估学校接送条件,采用八大影响因子对湖州城区27所中小学现状交通条件进行评估。基于上下学接送特点,识别现状交通问题,并针对上下学期间交通冲突较为严重的12所学校提出综合改善措施。本文基于多所学校的实际案例研究,可为其他学校接送期间交通治理提供参考和借鉴。
The high proportion of primary and secondary school students picking up and dropping off by motor vehicles and overly concentrated in time and space in traffic demand have caused an increasingly prominent problem in students pick-up and drop-off.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the traffic characteristics during students pick-up and drop-off period,this paper adopts eight influencing factors to evaluate the current traffic conditions around 27 primary and secondary schools in Huzhou City to objectively evaluate the students pick-up and drop-off conditions.Based on the characteristics of students pick-up and drop-off,this paper identifies the current traffic problems and puts forward comprehensive improvement measures for 12 schools with serious traffic problems during students pick-up and drop-off period.The study of this paper is based on the actual cases of several schools,thus,its findings can provide reference for traffic management around other schools.
