摘要
为选择高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定鸡蛋中苏丹红染料的最佳前处理方法,利用鸡蛋粉标准物质对氧化铝层析柱法、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化法、固相萃取(SPE)柱法、QuEChERS法4种前处理技术进行对比研究。实验结果表明,氧化铝层析柱法和GPC法在测定鸡蛋粉标准物质中苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的回收率普遍较低,均低于75%,RSD值大;SPE柱法和QuEChERS法,测定的回收率均大于80%,RSD值小于10%,经统计学分析,结果准确可靠。在应用HPLC法进行鸡蛋中苏丹红染料的日常检测中,相较于GB/T 19681—2005、SN/T 1590—2014中的前处理方法,优先选用SPE柱法和QuEChERS法。
In order to choose the perfect pretreatment method for determination of Sudan Dyes in eggs by high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC),the experiment conditions of four pretreatment methods (column chromatography,gel permeation chromatography,solid phase extraction and QuEChERS) were applied in egg powder reference material for determination of Sudan red Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ.The experimental results showed that the recovery rates of Sudan red Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ in egg powder reference material measured by alumina column chromatography and GPC method were generally lower,less than 75%,and the RSD value was higher.The recovery rates in SPE column method and QuEChERS method were both more than 80% with the RSD values less than 10%,the statistical analysis results were accurate and reliable.In the daily detection of Sudan red dye in eggs by HPLC,SPE column method and QuEChERS method should be preferred,compared with the pretreatment methods in GB/T 19681—2005 and SN/T 1590—2014.
