摘要
目的研发一种改进的精神运动警觉性任务(PVT)测量系统,并测试其在飞行疲劳检测中的适用性。方法在传统PVT测量方法的基础上,提出优化算法,设计并开发新的警觉性测量系统;选取35名飞行学员作为受试者,通过设计实施不同时间段下的模拟飞行实验,采集执行飞行任务前后的PVT测试结果和卡罗林斯卡嗜睡量表(KSS)数据,以及受试者心率变异性(HRV)数据,并对数据进行相关性分析。结果精神运动警觉性任务自测系统测量结果与KSS量表测量存在相关性(P=0.01),与HRV数据中A++指标存在相关性(P=0.022)。结论精神运动警觉性任务自测系统的测试结果与KSS量表和HRV指标具有一致性,该系统可以较好地表征实时疲劳程度。
Objective To develop an improved psychomotor vigilance task(PVT)measurement tool and test its applicability in flight fatigue detection.Methods On the basis of the traditional psychomotor vigilance measurement,an optimization algorithm was proposed,and a new vigilance measurement tool was designed and developed.Thirty-five student pilots were selected as the test subjects and the simulated flight experiments were designed and implemented in different time periods.The psychomo-tor vigilance task results,the Karolinska Sleepiness Scale(KSS)data and heart rate variability(HRV)data of the subjects before and after flight mission were collected and analyzed.Results The results showed that there was a correlation between the results of psychomotor vigilance task tool and KSS(P=0.01),and A++index in HRV data(P=0.022).Conclusion The results of the psychomo-tor vigilance task tool were consistent with KSS and HRV.The improved psychomotor vigilance measurement tool developed in this study may better reflect the degree of real-time fatigue.
