低共熔溶剂体系中糠醛与环戊酮合成生物燃料中间体的研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON COMPOSITING BIOFUEL INTERMEDIATES FROM FURFURAL AND CYCLOPENTANONE IN LOW EUTECTIC SOLVENT

摘要 以糠醛和环戊酮为原料,构建不同低共熔溶剂(LES)反应体系进行羟醛缩合反应,考察低共熔溶剂类别、体系物质的量之比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对羟醛缩合反应性能的影响规律。结果表明:在乳酸与氯化胆碱形成的LES体系下,且当乳酸与氯化胆碱物质的量之比为8∶1时,在100℃下反应210 min,糠醛可全部转化,缩合产物C10和C15的选择性分别为52.79%、46.67%,总收率为99.46%。酸性低共熔溶剂体系有益于实现生物质"一锅"转化为生物燃料中间体。 The aldol condensation reaction of furfural and cyclopentanone was carried out in different low eutectic solvent(LES)systems to produce biofuel intermediates. And the effects of LES types,reaction temperature and time on its yield were investigated. The results indicate that 100% furfural can be converted under the optimal reaction conditions of lactic acid/choline chloride molar ratio 8∶1,reaction temperature 100 ℃ and reaction time 210 min,in which total condensation yield rate is 99.46% and the selectivity of C10 and C10 is 52.79% and 46.67% respectively. Taking in all,the proposed acidic DES system will be beneficial to the"one pot"conversion of biomass into biofuel intermediates.
