摘要
国内某超临界机组高温再热器多处管子在相同位置出现裂纹失效,利用现场勘察、宏观检查、化学成分检测、硬度检测、金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等技术,综合考虑机组实际运行工况,分析某超临界机组材质为SA-213TP347H的高温再热器管裂纹产生的原因。结果表明:焊接工艺控制不良、胀差、交变应力状态,共同导致疲劳裂纹萌生并扩展,并提出了相应的解决方案和预防措施。
Several pipes of a domestic supercritical unit high temperature reheater appeared crack failure at the same position.By means of several kinds of means,like site investigation,macroscopic inspection,composition analysis,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.Considering the actual operating conditions of the unit.The crack's reason analysis of the high-temperature reheater tube(the tubes made of SA-213TP347H)in a certain supercritical unit.The results show that the fatigue crack initiation and propagation are caused by poor welding process control,differential expansion and alternating stress.And put forward the corresponding solution and preventive measures.
