摘要
为保证电站锅炉安装中无损检测的质量,按照相关规范标准的要求,本文介绍了目前电站锅炉安装无损检测遇到的一些问题-检测标准的选择、采用普通数字超声检测方法无附加射线检测、对再循环管等焊缝不进行检测、不填写无损检测委托书、无检测部位图、底片质量不合格、虚假底片等,以引起相关人员的重视,保证电站锅炉的安装质量。
For ensuring the quality of nondestructive testing while installing power plant boiler,and following the relative standard,This paper summarizes the current some problems in non-destructive testing of power plant boiler installation.These problems are the choice of testing standards,ordinary digital ultrasonic testing method without additional radiographic testing,no inspection is carried out on the welds of recycle pipe,do not fill in the NDT power of attorney,no test location map,the quality of negative film is unqualified,false negative,etc.For the importance of the related personnel and the quality of power plant boiler installation,these problems were introduced.
