摘要
目的心理护理+疼痛护理对功能性子宫出血患者围手术期睡眠质量的影响。方法将2018年1月至2020年4月我院治疗的围手术期功能性子宫出血患者100例为研究主体,根据应用干预措施的不同进行分组,每组50例,常规组实施常规标准护理,试验组实施心理护理+疼痛护理。以两组患者实施护理干预后的心理状态、疼痛评分以及睡眠质量评分为指标,对相应护理干预措施发挥的效用进行比较。结果数据表明,与常规组患者相比较,试验组患者的HAMA评分、HAMD评分得到了明显的降低,试验组疼痛评分改善幅度较大,试验组睡眠质量评分更高,组间数据比较均有明显差异,P<0.05。结论基于心理护理+疼痛护理在围手术期功能性子宫出血患者当中的实施,可结合患者疾病发展的特点予以患者更优质的护理服务,使其能以积极的心态参与临床治疗,价值显著。
Objective The effect of psychological nursing+pain nursing on the perioperative sleep quality of patients with functional uterine bleeding.Methods 100 patients with functional uterine bleeding during the perioperative period treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 are the main subjects of the study,and are grouped according to the different interventions applied 50 cases in each group,conventional group:Standard nursing;experimental group:psychological nursing+pain nursing.The mental state,pain score and sleep quality score of the two groups of patients after the nursing intervention were used as indicators to compare the effectiveness of the corresponding nursing interventions.Results The data showed,compared with the conventional group,the HAMA score and HAMD score of the experimental group were significantly reduced;the pain score of the experimental group improved greatly;the sleep quality of the experimental group The score is higher,compared with the data between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Based on the implementation of psychological care+pain care in patients with functional uterine bleeding during perioperative period,it can be combined with the characteristics of the patient's disease development to provide patients with better quality nursing services,so that they can participate in clinical treatment with a positive attitude.
