摘要
由于传统检测系统对光源选择不明确、检测结果不准确,因此研究基于机器视觉的郏县红牛形态参数检测系统。在硬件设计上,调整硬件质量,保证测试环境稳定性;在软件设计上,选择条形检测光源,通过划分郏县红牛形态特征种类,搭建机器视觉检测平台,从而完成基于机器视觉的郏县红牛形态参数检测系统设计。实验证明文中系统对于红牛的形态特征的检测结果正确率高,优于传统DIS系统。
Because the traditional detection system is not clear about the light source selection and the detection results are inaccurate,the design of the shape parameter detection system of hongniu based on machine vision is studied.In the hardware design,adjust the hardware quality to ensure the stability of the test environment.In the software design,the strip detection light source is selected,and the machine vision detection platform is built by dividing the morphological characteristics of red bull in Jiaxian county,and the design of the detection system for the shape parameters of the red bull based on machine vision is completed.The results show that the accuracy of the detection results of Red Bull is higher than that of traditional DIS system.
