摘要
从研究生助管的现状、研究生助管在大型仪器测试平台的重要性和具体实践模式展开,让测试平台不但为师生提供科研技术支撑,同时也转化为学生创新实践的育人平台,为研究生助管的创新能力培养提供了崭新的土壤。大型仪器测试平台引入研究生助管的模式,对各大高校大型仪器测试平台具有广泛的辐射作用,对培养创新型人才具有重要的意义。
This paper starts with the status,the importance in the testing platform of large-scale instrument and the specific practice mode of postgraduates'management assistant.It not only provides scientific research and technical support for teachers and students,but also transforms it into an educational platform for students'innovative practice,and provides a brand-new soil for the cultivation of students'innovative ability.The introduction of postgraduate management assistant mode into testing platform of large-scale instrument has a wide radiation effect on large instrument testing platform in universities,it is of great significance for training innovative talents.
