摘要
目前橡胶履带用环形钢丝帘布的生产工艺按钢丝挂胶方法分为单丝浸胶缠绕法和单丝挤出缠绕法两种。本文介绍了两种方法的生产工艺与应用情况,结果表明,单丝挤出缠绕法与单丝浸胶缠绕法比较,前者具有每根钢丝受力均匀、钢丝与橡胶黏接性能好、表面平整、尺寸精确等优点,提高了橡胶履带产品质量,延长了橡胶履带使用寿命。
At present,the production process of annular wirecord fabric for rubber track is divided into two types:monofilament dipping winding method and monofilament extrusion winding method according to the steel wire hanging glue method.This article introduces the production process and application of the two methods.The results show that the monofilament extrusion winding method has the advantages of uniform stress on the steel wire,good bonding performance between the steel wire and rubber,smooth surface,accurate size,etc.,which improves the quality of the rubber track product and prolongs the service life of the rubber track.
