摘要
主体泛化带来新媒体健康传播的去中心化乱局,传播导向功利化也正在侵蚀健康传播的公益本性。而道德自律不足和监管审查乏力,极易使公众逆向选择并损害其基本健康权益。这些问题会威胁新媒体健康传播价值与效能的发挥,影响公众健康素养的提升,甚至对社会产生其他不容忽视的危害。
The extension of the main body has brought about the deconcentration chaos of new media health communication.At the same time,the public welfare nature of health communication has been eroded by the utilitarian orientation.Furthermore,insufficient moral self-discipline and weak regulation can easily due to an adverse selection,and harm the public’s basic health rights.These problems have already threatened the value and effectiveness of new media in health communication,also affected the improvement of public health literacy,and may even cause other harm to society,which cannot be ignored.
