摘要
针对水利水电工程门机和塔机交叉作业时存在碰撞的问题,本文在碰撞类型分析和预警等级划分的基础上,提出了基于马尔可夫过程的防碰撞智能决策方法。该方法根据门塔机状态间的转移关系,建立状态转移强度值与门塔机机群间相对位置的联系,作出门塔机机群防碰撞的最优决策。试验结果表明,该方法能够有效实现门塔机的防碰撞预警。
An intelligent decision-making method for anti-collision based on Markov process is proposed according to the collision type analysis and early warning level classification in the paper in order to solve the problem of collision between gantry crane and tower crane in the crossing operation of water conservancy and hydropower projects.The relationship between the state transfer intensity value and the relative position of the gantry and tower cranes is established in the method according to the transfer relationship between the gantry and tower cranes.The optimal decision of anti-collision of the gantry and tower cranes is made.The experimental results show that the method can be applied to effectively realize the anti-collision early warning of gantry and tower cranes.
