摘要
“吉林一号”高分02B是2019年12月发射的国产先进对地观测卫星。该卫星通过采取一系列的高几何精度成像设计措施,保障了高几何质量设计指标的实现。本文介绍了标准影像生产的几何处理模型,标准1级影像的无控精度评测结果表明满足无控条件下定位精度优于20 m(CE90)。为进一步说明影像对高精度应用的适应性,采用基于PCIGeomatica 2019软件的Pansharp影像融合方法与影像RPC正射纠正方法,获得了高精度真彩色“吉林一号”高分02B正射影像,基于高精度地面控制点的检校结果表明,影像平面位置中误差为±1.77 m,满足1∶10000图的平面精度要求。
JiLin-1 GF02B is launched on 07-12-2019,which is an advanced earth observation satellite.By adopting a series of high geometric precision imaging design measures,the satellite guarantees the realization of high geometric quality design indicators.The preprocessing model of standard image production is introduced in this paper.Level 1 image’s location accuracy without ground control points is better than 20m(CE90).In order to further illustrate the adaptability of the image to the high-precision application,Pansharp fusion based on PCIGeomatica 2019 and orthographic rectification based on RPC is implemented,and high-precision true-color orthoscopic images are acquired.The results based on high-precision ground control points show that the mean square error in plane is±1.77 m,which satisfy the 1∶10000 topographic maps.
