摘要
提出了一种能够高效降低齿轮箱多个场点上空气噪声的肋板布局方法。说明了声学贡献量最大区域的确定流程,以该区域法向振动速度最大节点上的速度最小为目标建立了可降低齿轮箱单场点上空气噪声的拓扑优化模型。提出了齿轮箱多场点上空气噪声的衡量指标,根据优化模型和衡量指标建立了多场点低噪声齿轮箱结构设计方法。运用该方法在单级人字齿轮减速器箱体表面新添了降噪肋板。结果表明:每次根据拓扑优化结果新添降噪肋板后,目标场点上的声压级均有明显降低;根据提出的方法多次新添降噪肋板后,齿轮箱多个场点上的空气噪声水平有了明显降低。
A method which can determine the rib layout on gearbox efficiently to reduce the radiated noise at multi-field points was proposed.Firstly,the process of determining the region with largest acoustic contribution was described.The topology optimization model which can reduce the radiated noise of gearbox at a single field point was established.In this optimization model,the minimization of velocity on the node which has maximum normal vibration velocity in the region with largest acoustic contribution was taken as objective.Then,the measurement index of radiated noise of gearbox at multi field points was proposed.The structural design method of gearbox with low radiated noise at multi-filed points was established based on the measurement index and topology optimization model.Lastly,the ribs which can reduce the radiated noise were arranged on the gearbox in the double helical gear transmission system using the proposed method.The results show that the sound pressure level at the target field point is reduced obviously every time after arranging the noise reduction ribs on gearbox according to the topology optimization result.The radiated noise of gearbox at multi-field points is reduced obviously after arranging noise reduction ribs many times using the proposed method.
