摘要
利用SWOT分析法,评估社区儿童中西结合康复的实践。认为:(1)充分发挥了中医示范社区的适宜技术和全科团队家庭健康管理功能,完善了儿童康复的临床路径、评定和治疗体系,健全了社区全人群康复的管理机制,有效提升了基层中西结合综合康复的软、硬实力;(2)劣势在于现代儿童康复诊疗技术未规范掌握以及中西医结合综合服务能力有待全面提升;(3)以传承中西医传统为己任,依托政策的支持、流程的优化和现代信息手段,全面培养社区儿童康复专科人才以及提升其中西结合综合技能尤为重要;(4)完善多学科、跨领域儿童康复服务体系和网络建设,中西医结合多元化的健康促进协同融合,有助于儿童康复向精准、连续、有效发展。
To evaluate the practice of combining Chinese and Western rehabilitation in the community children by SWOT anal⁃ysis.(1)The community has given full play to the appropriate technology of the TCM demonstration community and the family health management function of the general practice team.the clinical pathway,evaluation and treatment system for children’s reha⁃bilitation have been improved.It also has improved the management mechanism of rehabilitation for the whole population in the com⁃munity and effectively enhanced the soft and hard strength of the combination of Chinese and Western comprehensive rehabilitation at the grassroots level.(2)The disadvantage which lies in the standardization of modern children’s rehabilitation diagnosis and treat⁃ment technology and the comprehensive service ability of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine need to be improved comprehensively.(3)To carry forward the traditional Chinese and Western medicine,relying on policy support,process optimization,modern information means,it is particularly important to cultivate and enhance the talents of community children rehabilitation and the comprehensive skills of combining Chinese and Wester.(4)It should improve the development of a multi-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary service system and network for children’s rehabilitation,and the diversified health promotion and integration of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine should help children achieve the precise,continuous and effective development of children’s rehabilitation.
