摘要
目前全世界约有15%的育龄期夫妇备受不孕不育问题的困扰,且该比例还在不断升高。辅助生殖技术(ART)是解决不孕不育患者生育问题的主要治疗方式之一。然而,在ART助孕过程中,心理因素对辅助生殖助孕效果产生重要影响,心理问题严重甚至可导致不孕不育或流产等情况的发生。因此,重视不孕不育患者的心理问题,通过有效的方式进行心理疏导、干预及心理护理,可缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善治疗效果,提高患者妊娠率和临床妊娠结局。本文分析了辅助生殖患者心理问题,并对相关问题如何干预进行了深入剖析和讨论,以期更好地服务临床和社会。
Around 15%of couples of childbearing age are suffering from infertility worldwide,and the frequency of infertility is still increasing.Assisted reproductive technology(ART)is one of the main treatments for infertility.However,patients’psychological stress is an important factor impacting the outcomes of ART.Serious psychological problems can lead to infertility or even miscarriage.Therefore,paying more attention to the psychological problems of infertility couples and finding effective strategies of releasing the mental stress could improve the possibility of fertility and reduce the probability of miscarriage.Thus,psychological counseling,intervention and psychological care targeting patients’anxiety are very necessary for infertility couples receiving ART.In this study,we analyzed the psychological problems of couples treated by ART and proposed some potential resolving strategies for improving ART outcomes and raising the clinical and social satisfaction.
