摘要
特教学校作为学校课程管理的最基层部门必须顺应我国“将课程建设作为学校教育质量提升、特色发展之战略基点”的总体趋势,始终树立“质量是课程生命线”的意识,从立德树人的高度来把握特教学校课程建设大趋势,担负起“国家课程落地,国家及地方课程整合以及校本课程管理”的核心任务,从对局部“校本”课程建设转向至整体“本校”课程提升,统合内外教育资源,依托课程专业力量,研发课程质量标准,优化课程实践过程,凸显学校发展特色。通过课程建设,特教学校能不断增强课程整体建设的专业素养,持续助推特教学校课程的发展和完善,并彰显特教学校的办学特色,最终实现特殊教育育人质量的不断提升。
As the bottom-line department of school curriculum management, special education schools must conform to the general trend of "taking curriculum construction as the strategic focus for the improvement of school education quality and characteristic development"in China, and always establish the awareness that"quality is the lifeline of the curriculum". Special education schools need to grasp the general trend of curriculum construction from the height of moral education and therefore undertake the core task of"national curriculum implementation, national and local curriculum integration and school-based curriculum management". They ought to shift from local"based-school"curriculum construction to the overall"schoolbased"curriculum improvement, thus integrating internal and external educational resources as well as relying on curriculum professional strength, research and develop curriculum quality standards to optimize curriculum practice process, and highlight the characteristics of school development. Through curriculum construction,special education schools can constantly enhance the professional literacy of the overall curriculum construction and continue to boost the development and maturity of the special education curriculum. They can also highlight the characteristics of special education schools, and finally improve the quality of special education continuously.
