摘要
麦角硫因是一种来自于自然界常见菌菇中的天然抗氧化剂,在哺乳动物的细胞和组织中也有广泛分布。麦角硫因具有多种生物学功能,如抗氧化、抗炎、抵抗紫外线辐射、护色等生理功能,还是一种重要的细胞生理保护剂。对麦角硫因的理化特性、生物学功能进行全面的总结,介绍了麦角硫因在功效原料中的应用,包括抗氧化、美白等方面,展望了麦角硫因在化妆品领域的应用前景。
Ergothioneine is a natural antioxidant derived from mushrooms commonly found in nature and is also widely distributed in mammalian cells and tissues.Ergothioneine has a variety of physiological functions,such as anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-ultraviolet radiation,color protection and so on,is an important cell physiological protective agent.The physical and chemical properties and biological functions were summarized,the application of ergothioneine in functional materials was introduced,including anti-oxidation,whitening and so on,and the application of ergothioneine in cosmetics was also prospected.
