摘要
本文通过对姬塬油田XX油区长6油藏的沉积特征研究、得出该区长6^(1)、长6^(2)属于三角洲沉积,长63属于浊流沉积。根据储层岩石的物性和成分研究分析,配制出有机弱酸,即采用盐酸与有机酸的组合,既不降低酸的强度又延长了酸的反应时间,使酸液在地层中走的更远,并采用葡萄糖酸钠作为铁离子稳定剂,稳定铁离子能力强、耐温性能好、铁离子容量大。同时针对姬塬油田XX油区长6油层压裂工艺技术的应用研究方面存在的诸多难点分析,结合研究区具体地质特征的认识,完善了一套适用于研究区长6油层的压裂施工参数,先用压裂车将酸挤到目的层反应2-4个小时,再采用大砂量+大排量+小砂比的施工参数。
In this paper,by studying the sedimentary characteristics of Chang 6 reservoir in XX oil field of Jiyuan Oilfield,it is concluded that Chang 6^(1) and Chang 6^(2) belong to delta deposit,and Chang 63 belongs to turbidity current deposit.According to the study and analysis of physical properties and composition of reservoir rocks,an organic weak acid is prepared,that is,the combination of hydrochloric acid and organic acid is adopted,which not only does not reduce the strength of acid,but also prolongs the reaction time of acid.This makes the acid go further in the formation.Sodium gluconate is used as iron ion stabilizer,which has strong ability to stabilize iron ions,good temperature resistance and large capacity of iron ions.At the same time,according to the analysis of many difficulties in the application of fracturing technology in Chang 6 reservoir of XX oil field in Jiyuan Oilfield,combined with the understanding of the specific geological characteristics of the study area,a set of fracturing construction parameters suitable for Chang 6 reservoir in the study area is improved.First,the acid is squeezed to the target layer by fracturing truck to react for 2-4 hours,and then the construction parameters of large sand volume+large displacement+small sand ratio are adopted.
