摘要
以《黑图档·嘉庆朝》内的盛京刑部档案为研究对象,对其史料价值进行讨论,认为其可以作为研究清代盛京刑部的宝贵的第一手史料、研究清代司法部门实践的参考来源、研究清代咨文在司法实践中使用情况的重要文本、研究清代旗人司法特权的生动案例及研究清代社会生活的重要材料。
Taking the archives form by the Ministy of Justice in Shengjing in Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing Period as the research source and discussing the historical value, we think it has precious historical value.It can be used as the most valuable first-hand historical materials for studying the ministy of justice in Shengjing, a reference source for studying the practice of the judiciary, an important text for studying the use of official documents in judicial practice, and a vivid study of the judicial privileges of the bannermen and the important materials for studying social life in the Qing Dynasty.
