摘要
咔唑类衍生物是一种特殊的含氮芳香杂环化合物,含有较大的π电子共轭体系,具有很强的电子转移能力和稠环刚性骨架结构,从而表现出良好的光电性能、热稳定性和形态稳定性。咔唑类衍生物有着易于进行结构修饰的特点,使其成为构筑空穴传输材料、主体材料和发光材料最常用的分子基团。本文结合作者研究工作,参考国内外文献,全面综述了咔唑类衍生物在有机电致发光(OLED)器件领域的研究与开发新进展,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Carbazole derivatives are a kind of special nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic compounds,which contain a largeπ-electron conjugated system,have strong electron transfer ability and a fused ring rigid skeleton structure so that they possess excellent photoelectric performance,thermal and morphological stability.More importantly,carbazole derivatives are easily modified,which make them the most commonly used molecular groups to construct hole transport materials,host materials and luminescent materials.Combining with our researches with reference to other literatures,the progress in the research and development of carbazole derivatives in the field of organic electroluminescence devices(OLED)is comprehensively reviewed in this paper.The perspectives of the future are also prospected.
