一种考虑网络攻击风险的智能微网新型调度策略 被引量:5

A Novel Scheduling Strategy for Smart Microgrids Considering Cyber Attack

摘要 针对风/光/柴/蓄微网(microgrid,MG)控制中心遭受网络攻击导致调度失败的问题,文章提出一种新型的智能MG调度策略。首先分析网络攻击导致MG控制中心失效的场景,提出基于联络线频率的柴机(diesel engine,DE)-电池(battery energy storage system,BESS)响应策略。在此基础上,量化分析DE和BESS的能耗特性,提出基于功率门槛的能耗控制策略。此外,基于日前功率预测技术和误差分布规律,使用拉丁超立方抽样模拟净负荷实时功率,建立计及日内功率波动影响的日前MG优化模型。最后,通过线性化将优化模型转化为经典的混合整数规划问题。基于典型MG的仿真结果表明,所提的调度策略可以充分协调DE和BESS的调节能力,显著提高MG经济性,同时消解网络攻击的危害。研究结论为网络攻击场景下MG经济运行策略制定提供了一个全新的视角。 In order to solve the problem of microgrid(MG)scheduling failure caused by cyber attack on the control center,a new scheduling strategy of smart MG was proposed in this paper.Firstly,by analyzing the control center failure scenario caused by cyber attack,a response strategy of diesel engine(DE)and battery energy storage system(BESS)based on the grid frequency was proposed.On this basis,according to the power-cost property of the DE and BESS,the energy consumption control based on power threshold was designed.Additionally,the Latin hypercube sampling was used to simulate the real-time net load power,a novel day-ahead microgrid optimization model considering the influence of the real-time power fluctuation was established.Finally,the optimization model was converted into a classical mixed integer linear programming(MILP)problem by using linearization method.The simulation results based on a typical microgrid showed that the proposed scheduling strategy can fully coordinate the regulation ability of DE and BESS,while significantly improving the microgrid economy,and eliminating the harm of cyber attack.This paper provided a new perspective for formulating the economic operation strategy of microgrid in the network attack scenario.
