摘要
伴随着2020年突如其来的新冠疫情,上证指数出现了非理性的下跌,从而错杀了很多绩优的蓝筹股。因此,很多上市企业选择了股票回购,利用自有资金或者借入资金在二级市场上购买自己的股票。本文以格力电器为例,主要分析了上市公司股票回购的动机与效果,从而得到一些有价值的结论和启示。
With the sudden outbreak of the new crown in 2020,the Shanghai Composite Index has experienced an irrational decline,which has mistakenly killed many blue-chip stocks.Therefore,many listed companies choose stock repurchase,using their own funds or borrowed funds to buy their own shares on the secondary market.Taking Gree Electric as an example,this article mainly analyzes the motives and effects of stock repurchases of listed companies,and obtains some valuable conclusions and enlightenments.
