摘要
通过对古代本草学的治法分类法和功能分类法的特点与意义的对比研究,发现治法分类法具有针对病位明确、药物功能内容全面、药物作用层次分明的特点,这些特点对于临床精准选药有重要意义。而功能分类法不具备此些特点,主要是以病症、病因、病性为导向,对临证时的辨证要求较低。结论得出,古代本草学的治法分类法对于指导临证选药、促进临床辨证、提高临床疗效、促进现代中医药特色发展等方面具有重要意义,值得现代中药学科在功能分类法方面的借鉴。
Through the comparative study of the characteristics and significance of the ancient herbology classification and functional classification, it is found that the treatment classification has the characteristics of clear disease location, comprehensive drug function content and clear drug action levels, which are of great significance for accurate clinical drug selection. However, functional classification does not have these characteristics, which is mainly guided by disease, etiology and nature, and has low requirements for syndrome differentiation. It is concluded the ancient herbology treatment classification has important significance in guiding clinical medicine selection, promoting clinical syndrome differentiation, improving clinical efficacy and promoting the development of modern traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, which is worthy of reference in the functional classification of modern traditional Chinese medicine.
