摘要
目的观察308nm准分子激光联合补肾消白方治疗白癜风的临床疗效及对外周血CD3^(+)T、CD4^(+)T、CD8^(+)T及CD4^(+)T/CD8^(+)T细胞水平的影响。方法对照组采用308nm准分子激光,每周治疗1次,12周为一个疗程;观察组在此基础上口服补肾消白方,比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效、白斑面积、色素积分、外周血T淋巴细胞水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率93.33%,显著高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组皮损面积小于对照组,观察组色素积分大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)T、CD4^(+)T、CD8^(+)T及CD4^(+)T/CD8^(+)T细胞水平比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)T、CD4^(+)T及CD4^(+)T/CD8^(+)T水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)T水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论308nm准分子激光联合补肾消白方可有效改善白癜风患者病情,临床疗效满意。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 308nm excimer laser combined with Bushenxiaobai prescription in the treatment of vitiligo and its influence on the levels of CD3^(+)T,CD4^(+)T,CD8^(+)T and CD4^(+)T/CD8^(+)T cells in peripheral blood.Methods The control group was treated with 308nm excimer laser once a week,12 weeks as a course of treatment;the observation group was given Bushenxiaobai prescription based on the 308nm excimer laser treatment;the clinical efficacy,lesion area and pigmentation scores,peripheral blood T lymphocyte level and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of lesion area in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the pigmentation score level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences in the levels of CD3^(+)T,CD4^(+)T,CD8^(+)T and CD4^(+)T/CD8^(+)T cells between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)T,CD4^(+)T and CD4^(+)T/CD8^(+)T in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)T level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 308nm excimer laser combined with Bushenxiaobai prescription can effectively improve the condition of vitiligo patients,with the satisfactory clinical efficacy.
