摘要
目的研究经皮肾镜碎石术治疗肾结石合并糖尿病的围手术期具体护理效果。方法于我院肾内科2020年1月至2021年1月入院的肾结石合并糖尿病患者中选取48例,将其随机划分为对照组与观察组,针对24例对照组患者给予围手术期常规护理,针对观察组患者给予围手术期针对性护理,从肾结石清除率、并发症总发生率、血糖水平、焦虑情绪评分指标予以分析。结果对照组患者肾结石清除率15例(62.50%),并发症总发生率6例(25.00%);护理后空腹血糖(7.13±0.46)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖(11.83±1.04)mmol/L,焦虑情绪评分(51.24±1.24)分;观察组患者肾结石清除率23例(95.83%),并发症总发生率1例(4.17%);护理后空腹血糖(6.05±0.24)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖(8.34±1.02)mmol/L,焦虑情绪评分(38.24±0.26)分,与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾镜碎石术治疗肾结石合并糖尿病患者,若能采用围手术期针对性护理,有利于改善患者病症,促进手术的顺利进行,故而应积极推广此种护理模式。
Objective To study the perioperative nursing effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy for renal calculi complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods Forty-eight patients with kidney stones complicated with diabetes admitted to the Department of Nephrology of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.24 patients in control group were given routine nursing during perioperative period,while those in observation group were given targeted nursing during perioperative period.The clear rate of kidney stones,total incidence of complications,blood sugar level and anxiety score were analyzed.Results In the control group,15 cases(62.50%)of kidney stones were eliminated,and the total incidence of complications was 6 cases(25.00%);the fasting blood glucose after nursing(7.13±0.46)mmol/L,and the blood glucose 2 h after meal(11.83±1.04)mmol/L,anxiety score(51.24±1.24)points;observation group patients had renal stone clearance rate in 23 cases(95.83%),and the total incidence of complications was 1 case(4.17%);fasting blood glucose after nursing(6.05±0.24)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(8.34±1.02)mmol/L,anxiety score(38.24±0.26)points,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy for patients with kidney stones complicated with diabetes mellitus can help to improve patients'symptoms and promote the smooth operation,so this nursing mode should be actively promoted.
