摘要
突发性聋(Sudden hearing loss,SHL)是耳科的常见急症之一,指突然发生的原因不明的感音神经性听力损失。近年来随着社会生活节奏加快,SHL的发病率日益升高,部分SHL患者伴不同程度的心理问题,因此心理因素对SHL的影响逐渐受到重视。本研究系统整合心理因素和SHL的相互作用机制及心理干预辅助治疗SHL的方法,旨在帮助临床医生意识到心理因素在SHL治疗中的重要性,并及时采取有效的心理干预辅助治疗SHL。
Sudden hearing loss is one of the most common emergencies in the practice of otology,which is sudden loss of sensorineural hearing with unknown causes.In recent years,with fast pace of life,the incidence of sudden hearing loss is increasing.Some patients with sudden hearing loss show various degrees of psychological problems,which has drawn increasing attention to the influence of psychological factors in sudden hearing loss.The purpose of this study is to summarize on the mechanism of interaction between psychological factors and sudden hearing loss as well as intervention strategies,in order to help clinicians understand the importance of psychological factors in the management of sudden deafness and improve treatment outcomes.
