摘要
高校是高等教育的重要组成部分,为社会发展提供了大量的人才。在新时代背景下,高校学生管理工作虽然取得了一定的进步,但在实际操作过程中,还存在许多问题。文章结合自身的工作经验,对高校学生管理工作的现状、存在问题以及应对策略进行剖析和阐述,在新时代紧追信息化发展的脚步,将大数据与学生管理工作紧密结合,以期对学生管理工作起到更好的帮助作用,提升学生管理工作的实效性。
Colleges and universities are an important part of higher education,providing a large number of talents for social development.In the new era,although the management of college students has made some progress,there are still many problems in the actual operation process.In this paper,combined with their own work experience,the status quo,problems and coping strategies of college student managementare analyzed and elaborated.While conforming to the times and the development of information technology,the integration of big data and student management is expected to play a better role in helping the management of students and improve the effectiveness of student management.
